To mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, 5 children from across the school helped ground staff at the Ford Lane recreation ground plant fruit trees in a new orchard.

On Thursday, Year 2 celebrated the start of their new topic on 'The Senses.' We tasted lots of differents foods blindfolded, explored feely bags and boxes to see what was inside, became sound detectives and used our sight to find the hidden treasure!

I had a superb day at Paultons Park in the summer holidays. First we went on the magic carpet which made my tummy feel funny! Then a bit later we went on the Cobra! Which was very fast and exciting! Then we had some yummy chips for lunch. And after lunch we went on the really fun and fast and spinny EDGE! Then in the afternoon we went to Pepa Pig World, we saw lots of amazing rides, and had an ice cream. Charlotte Heisley |
