This is a message for parents of children joining our school in September only. It does not apply to children who already attend our school.
ParentMail accounts are linked to the School Information Management System and have to be set up following your child’s admission date. It can’t be done in advance, unfortunately.
We have made arrangements with our caterers to order meals manually for pupils in Reception, once we have met with parents during week commencing Monday 2nd September. When you attend your meeting with the teacher, staff will explain how to order meals for the first couple of weeks. There’s nothing you need to do now.
If your child is joining our school in other year groups in September, please arrange to provide a packed lunch for the first week back, starting on Tuesday 3rd September. This is to give us time to ensure your ParentMail account is active.
If your child already attends Ferndown First School, you should order your meals on ParentMail, as usual.
