On Wednesday last week, Mrs Errington and Mrs Munday took some of our Year 4 children to Durlston Country Park in Swanage. We had an interesting morning with Ranger Ali, learning about dolphins and other marine animals and we enjoyed a walk along the coast. We weren’t lucky enough to see a dolphin, however we were able to spot all sorts of wildlife including butterflies, guillemots and fulmars. In the afternoon, we were taught by Ranger Paul how to read symbols on a map and how to orienteer to find specific locations. We had a great day (despite the rain)!!
