This week we have read the story ‘Owl Babies’. We have thought about how the babies felt as they waited for their mother to return home.  This story also helped us to think about autumn and hibernation. In maths, we have started learning about adding. We have been doing this by counting how many there are in two groups. You could do this at home. Why don’t you find two boxes or bowls and add toys to them? Then carry on counting once you have finished counting the first group.
There has also been some special events to think about this week. We commemorated Remembrance Day by making paper poppies and we have learnt about the festival of Diwali.

On your child’s Tapestry, there will be pictures from their learning this week.
