Given our responsibility to keep our whole community safe, we are asking for your co-operation.
If at all possible, please keep your child at home tomorrow, Tuesday 5th January. This will give teachers and the wider school team time to plan our provision for our most vulnerable pupils and key worker families from Wednesday 6th January.
If you work for the NHS or if you have absolutely no alternative but to send your child to school tomorrow, please do so. If you rely on Breakfast Club tomorrow, it will be open.
From Wednesday 6th January, places for vulnerable pupils will be allocated first. We already know which children are eligible for these places. Any remaining spaces will be offered to key workers who work for the NHS or emergency services first.
A google form will be sent home via ParentMail, for parents who would like to request a key worker place. All of the week’s remote learning is shared on Tapestry, so you can refer to this for online learning support.
More information will be shared tomorrow – Tuesday 5th January
