This week, children across the school have been completing daily science activities as part of British Science week. Today we were treated to an awe inspiring science workshop from two of the Science teachers at Ferndown Upper School.
They talked to the children about the skills it takes to be a scientist, where we find science in our everyday lives and the jobs which involve science.
There were plenty of bangs, lots of fire and some mysterious colour changing liquids! It was a display that the children will be talking about for a long time and will hopefully inspire them to pursue a career in science.
Special thanks to the science team at Ferndown Upper School. Many hours of prep went into this today and we are incredibly grateful that our children got to experience such a super display.
