Science in Year 3

This week, we have been learning about the formation of fossils. The children watched a demonstration of fossils being formed from sweets and bread. They learned that fossils are formed from compressed rock over thousands and millions of years. They then got the chance to investigate a range of fossils and decide which one it was.
