This week, Year 2 were visited by the dogs trust. We learnt 5 Happy Dog Rules. These included: Dogs do not like hugs, they prefer a gentle stroke. We also found out what you should do if a dog takes your toy. The children in Year 2 were able to come up with some great suggestions. They really loved the squeaky dog toy that was used to model how we tell an adult who will offer the dog a treat or another toy.
