Year 2 visited Liberty’s owl, raptor and reptile centre this week. It really brought our science learning about habitats to life. In the reptile house, we learnt about spiders, snakes and lizards. We experienced two flying displays involving multiple birds, including a kookaburra called Ozzie. Ozzie treated us by laughing, which he doesn’t often do to visitors. We have returned with lots of ideas to include in a recount of our trip. Well done Year 2!
