CLEVER CHEFS – NEW HOT SCHOOL MEAL PROVIDER
We are pleased to announce that, from Monday 18th November 2024, we will be partnering with our new school meal provider, Clever Chefs.
We are committed to offering our children healthy and nutritious meals and we have chosen Clever Chefs because of their dedication to quality, variety, and sustainability.
As we transfer over from Hampshire County Catering to Clever Chefs, parents should not be concerned as we hope this will be a seamless process. The price of our school meals will remain the same at £2.90 and children will order their meals as they do now. We will be sharing menus in due course. PLEASE NOTE: When we return from the October half term holiday, parents should refer to Weeks 2 and 3 of the Hampshire County Catering menu, which will take us up to when Clever Chefs take over.
Special Diets & Allergens

For those children that require a Special Diet menu, it is important that Clever Chefs capture fresh and up-to-date information in case anything has changed recently. Please provide this information using the attached form and submit it to diets@cleverchefs.co.uk or use this link: https://forms.gle/8S5sYr1dFxaW7bBW6. We also have printed copies of the form which are available in the school office.
Once the forms have been received, Clever Chefs will contact parents directly to obtain ideal choices and likes/dislikes, and then devise a menu that they will sign off prior to it being submitted to the school office and the kitchen for reference. Please note that without this information being completed the kitchen will not be able to provide food for your child if they need a special diet.

All children in EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal each day.
