We gave out our first pen licence today in Year Three. To achieve a pen licence, children need to be: using clear ascenders and descenders, using consistent sized finger spaces, joining letters correctly and crossing out neatly when they are editing. At home, please make sure children are presenting their home learning neatly and joining their letters correctly. We look forward to awarding more pen licences soon.
