On Wednesday it was World Maths Day.
We looked at these pictures and explored mathematical ideas about them. The children were able to answer the questions and then thought of many more mathematical questions and wonders; ‘How tall are the pyramids?’ ‘How much does a hippo weigh?’
As part of our Geography learning, we were able to identify the continent of Africa.
