The open evening was a great success! It was great to see so many families at the school. The choir sang lots of lovely songs to the parents. We sold so many copies of our school newspaper. They were free but we got lots of donations. We raised £23.55 for the school. They had amazing bunting hung up in the hall.
Year 4 children were walking around with food that was cooked by cooking club. They served lemon drizzle cake, chocolate cake and bruschetta which were delicious.
Around the school, there was a lot of children’s art work displayed which was wonderful to see. In each classroom, teachers put out resources for topics we are learning about. We had a fun time at open evening and can’t wait for the next one!
