On Wednesday all of the year one children went on a walk around Ferndown, to support their Geography learning.
As the children were walking, they were looking for human and physical features. The children were excellent at spotting the key geographical features. They saw; houses, the fire station, the library, St Mary’s Church, houses, flats, shops, trees (vegetation), the heath, the field and Ferndown First School. We were very proud of how all of the children behaved on our walk, especially when crossing the roads. Well done Year One!
