Year 1 are creating moving pictures in DT this term. We are constructing different mechanisms to make them move and our first one has been a sliding mechanism.
The children applied various skills using rulers, folding, cutting and sticking to create a moving ladybird. We look forward to creating our pivot and wheel mechanisms next.
