It’s been a fantastic start to our Year 4 residential. The children have settled well into their new surroundings. When we arrived, we walked around the site, listened to some important safety messages and had a practice fire drill. The children have been a credit to the school through their exceptional behaviour, excellent listening skills and respectful manner.
The children have completed the first two of their activities. Some children have been climbing high on crates, following an orienteering map and completing a low ropes course.
Lunch was a hit, with the BBQ chicken wraps and baked potatoes going down a treat.
The children enjoyed dinner and are now enjoying a film before we start the nighttime routine.
